I was really looking forward to my stay here given the great location and potential of the hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short on several fronts. While the outdoor barbecue was a highlight, the overall service, particularly around the pool, was frustrating and lacking. The rooms were decent and the Wi-Fi was excellent, but the hygiene issues and difficulties with sunbed access were major drawbacks.
